Most residential inspections take between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the property’s size and condition. Mark walks through the home with you during the inspection so you can see and discuss key findings in real time.

3. Do I need to be present during the inspection?

It’s not required, but we highly recommend it. Walking through the property with Mark gives you valuable insight into what’s important and what isn’t. You’ll leave the inspection feeling informed and prepared—not overwhelmed by technical terms or guesswork.

4. How soon will I get my report?

You’ll receive your inspection full narrative report within 24-48 hours of your appointment. The report is detailed but clear, so you can easily understand the findings and take any next steps with confidence.
